Diamond Way, Stone

New build construction of 2Nr portal framed industrial units, sub-divided into 7Nr starter units at Diamond Way, Stone, Staffordshire.

Works comprised of traditional pad and strip foundations, structural steel portal frame, built-up and composite Kingspan cladding panels to walls and roof, buff coloured facing brickwork, aluminium windows and entrance door-sets, electrically operated steel roller shutter doors, steel personnel doors, intumescent paint to fire boundary steelwork and FM2 power floated reinforced concrete floor slab. Internally works comprised of warehouse LED lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm, LV distribution, power supplies to shutter doors, lightning protection, block-work sub-division and perimeter walls. Externally we installed permeable block paving / SUDS system, tarmacadam access road, new entrance bell-mouth, below ground drainage, petrol interceptors, stormwater attenuation tank and new incoming primary services. The units are now leased to ScrewFix and Howden Joinery Ltd.
