Works comprise two extensions to an existing care home to extend the Dining Room and create two new en-suite assisted bedrooms. The Dining Room included a steel frame, Kemperol flat roof, glazed Hardwood purpose-made screens, extending the existing heating and lighting installation, timber effect vinyl flooring and full decoration. The Bedrooms included masonry and hardwood timber glazed façade, pitched roof, 2x disabled en-suite bedrooms complete with full DDA compliant fittings, new electrical installation including Nurse Call assistance, new LST radiators, timber effect vinyl flooring and decoration.
