Trafford Road, Alderley Edge Block

Works comprise the design and construction of a new build block of 3nr luxury, high end apartments in the centre of Alderley Edge, Cheshire. The construction includes 2nr duplex split level apartments and 1nr penthouse apartment. Works included a reinforced concrete raft slab, retaining walls, tanking system, structural steel frame, masonry construction including Ashlar Stone and self-coloured render to the façade with slim-profile aluminium curtain walling, screens and sliding doors and aluminium brise soleil. The roof is a single ply membrane insulated roof. Internally the upper doors are precast concrete beam and block, precast concrete staircases, 3nr individual glass elevators to each apartment. Full fit-out including Stuart Frazer hand-made kitchens, Zest sanitary fittings, Ceppo Di Gre marble tile flooring, painting and decorating. External works include a triple garage formed in Ashlar Stonework, parking area, automated electric gate, extensive landscaping and planting.
